The APP26 conference brings together researchers from around the world studying Autobiographical Processing and Psychopathology-related research (autobiographical memory, future and prospective thinking, mental imagery, reminiscence, narrative identity approaches, etc.).
Other important dates:
  • Abstract submission portal opens – 15 October 2025 
  • Abstract submission portal closes – 5pm, 16 February 2026  
  • Notice of acceptance – 5 March 2026
  • Early bird registration fee ends (student researchers ONLY) – 30 March 2026
  • Conference registration closes – 22 May 2026.

Registration costs

Fee per person is £120.  
Early bird conference registration fee for student researchers ONLY is £100 (early bird rate available until 30th March, rate then rises to £120).
Registration fee includes the following:
  • Conference attendance.
  • All refreshments – including breakfast pastries, tea and coffee breaks, and buffet lunch on both days.
  • Evening barbecue on Day 1 (23 June).
  • Sustainable conference lanyard and bag.

The conference venue

The Roland Levinsky Building is the Â鶹´«Ã½'s flagship arts, cultural and teaching facility, completed in 2007. Conference sessions will take place primarily within the Levinsky Hall, a 270-seat lecture theatre, in addition to other co-located lecture theatres and classrooms.
Conference registration facilities and refreshments will be available directly outside the Levinsky Hall in the open crosspoint area which offers WC facilities and a café.

For anyone wishing to travel to Â鶹´«Ã½ by train using the Great Western Railway network (applicable to GWR trains ONLY, not Cross Country Trains), we can offer reduced rail fares to delegates.
