Prize draw terms and conditions

Eligibility

The prize draw is open to all students who apply to the �鶹��ý and successfully enrol for the 2025/26 academic year.

Automatic entry

All eligible students will be automatically entered into the prize draw once their enrolment is confirmed. No separate entry is required.

Prize details

A total of ten (10) winners will be selected to receive the following prizes:

One (1) grand prize winner will receive:
- £1,000 digital tech voucher
- £100 Amazon voucher
- £100 IKEA voucher
- £100 Deliveroo voucher
- £100 high street voucher
- Branded university hoodie and water bottle (winner can choose size and colour)
- Gym membership for the academic year (worth £110)

Prize draw date

Winners will be randomly selected during the week commencing 1 September 2025. They will be notified by email or telephone within seven (7) days of the draw.

Conditions of prize

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.
If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 14 days, the University reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
Some prizes may be delivered digitally or collected in person following enrolment.

Personal data provided during the application and enrolment process will be used solely for the administration of this prize draw and will not be used for marketing purposes without your consent.
The University will process entrants’ personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
Only the data necessary to administer the prize draw will be accessed by authorised staff.
Winners’ names may be published on university communication channels (e.g., website, social media), but only with consent.
All personal data will be securely stored and deleted after the prize draw concludes and prizes are distributed, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
