*All bookings must be made by Friday 24 April 2026.  After this date, any remaining tickets will be put on general release for graduands that have requested extra tickets.  If you have not booked tickets for yourself and your guests by 24 April 2026, we cannot guarantee your attendance.

Eligibility

To attend the July 2026 Graduation Ceremony, your award must be officially confirmed by your faculty office.
 If you are unsure about your eligibility to attend, please , the or your . 
Please note: There may be reasons why you are prevented from attending a graduation ceremony. For example:  
  • you have not achieved all the relevant modules to receive an award
  • you have outstanding tuition fees. These must be cleared by Tuesday 30 June 2026 in order to be eligible to attend. 
  • you have approved extenuating circumstances for non-submission 
  • your results are deferred for any reason.

Detailed information on booking your academic dress, planning your day, and everything else you need to know for your graduation can be found by visiting:

Receiving your certificate

 Once your award has been officially conferred, your degree certificate will be posted to the home address listed on your Student Portal, so please ensure your address is up to date.  This is the final opportunity for students to to check their details are up to date and after this, any certificate reissue will incur a fee.

  • UK addresses: Sent by Royal Mail Second Class.
  • International addresses: Sent via Standard Airmail (untracked, may take up to 28 days to arrive). 
~  Tracked Delivery Overseas:
If your home address is outside the UK and you would prefer to receive your certificate via tracked DHL Express Worldwide courier, you can purchase this via the online store or contact
examsandawards@plymouth.ac.uk, who will guide you. Please note this option is only available to students attending the Â鶹´«Ã½ campus.
