Programme Manager - Success Through Research, Innovation & Development Excellence (STRIDE)

Responsible for the design, strategic direction and delivery of STRIDE on behalf of the Â鶹´«Ã½. Working with a range of senior stakeholders, academics and organisations to deliver a high-quality B2B programme that champions innovation; resulting in commercialisation, increased productivity and sustainable change whilst bringing forward collaborations and commercial opportunities to the Â鶹´«Ã½.

For the last 15 years, I have honed my skills as a programme/project manager, successfully leading on and delivering 22 high performing projects with a collective value in excess of £28M.

Having worked in the private and public sector, I have a solid background in strategic business development, change management, leadership, management coaching and the successful implementation of new ideas that drive organisational growth and revenue. 
As a fellow of the Institute for Innovation and knowledge exchange (IKE), I am experienced in developing partnerships, forging professional collaborations, designing successful programmes, identifying opportunities for organisational growth and building dynamic teams.
