The Coastal, Ocean And Sediment Transport (COAST) laboratory is home to a host of dedicated scientific, engineering and technical staff who are very experienced at supporting commercial projects.
The world-class marine facility is based in the
Marine Building
and provides some of the best research and testing facilities in the country. We provide physical model testing with combined waves, currents and wind, offered at appropriate scales for device testing, array testing, environmental modelling and coastal engineering.
